In our sessions we will spend time acknowledging the grief and stress that may be impacting your relationship and find ways to increase healthy communication and positive coping skills.
I also work with women experiencing postpartum mood disorders and who may be feeling disconnected from and betrayed by their bodies. Rebuilding a healthy relationship with your self after any type of perinatal trauma is a complex process, and I am here to walk alongside you in this journey.
