Individual therapy

One-on-one therapy is a safe, compassionate place to attend to issues that may be creating distress in your life and preventing you from being able to function at a capacity you desire.

 

In our time together, we will work to understand the systems, relationships and beliefs that have impacted your story and begin to uncover your inherent strengths and insight.

Some of the things you may wish to address in individual therapy can include:

  • Loneliness

  • Career issues

  • Relationship strains
