Relational Therapy

Helping partners of all kinds build deeper connection, navigate challenges, and redefine their relationship with clarity, respect, and care.

What is
relational therapy?

Relational therapy is a space to reconnect—intentionally.

Whether you’re navigating recurring conflicts or simply want to feel closer, relational therapy provides a structured, supportive environment to explore patterns, improve communication, and strengthen your connection.

My work is collaborative and direct. I help partners cut through surface-level problem-solving and dive into the emotional dynamics that drive disconnection. Together, we identify what’s really happening underneath—and build new ways of relating that feel honest, respectful, and healing.

I draw from leading relationship modalities, including the work of Terry Real, the Gottman Method, and evidence-based systems focused on emotional intimacy, boundary clarity, and mutual growth.

I work with all forms of partnership:

  • Monogamous couples

  • Ethical non-monogamy (ENM) configurations

  • Partners exploring a transition or restructuring of their relationship

Who benefits from
relational therapy?

Therapy is helpful for partners at any stage of their relationship—whether you’re dating, married, polyamorous, long-term, or redefining your dynamic. It’s especially useful when you’re experiencing:

  • Frequent misunderstandings or emotional shutdowns

  • A sense of disconnection or loss of intimacy

  • Recurring arguments that never resolve

  • Transitions like parenting, moving, or career changes

  • Breaches in trust, infidelity, or unmet expectations

  • Curiosity about open relationships or shifting boundaries

Even if you’re not in crisis, relational therapy can proactively support your connection—building resilience, deepening trust, and expanding your shared emotional language.

What to expect

Every session is tailored to your relationship’s unique rhythm and goals. I offer a grounded, warm, and real space to name what’s not working—and to reimagine what’s possible.

We’ll work at your pace, with both structure and flexibility, toward clarity, connection, and a more sustainable partnership.

Show up for your relationship—with honesty, courage, and care.

Relational therapy offers a space to reconnect, repair, and reimagine how you move forward together. It’s not about blame—it’s about growth, clarity, and deeper connection. Begin the work that brings you closer.
